serves as custodian of university equipment records and is responsible for campus
moving services. Material Management is a department of Business

Services provided by Material Management are:
Document pick-up service
Material Management provides pick-up for two types of documents:
- Documents to be taken to storage (department must provide the storage space;
charged at current hourly rate).
- Documents to be destroyed.
Relocation and moving service
- Relocate
- Have items moved within your office or department.
There is a charge for this service, and we will provide you with an estimate
upon request.
Surplus items disposal service
Material Management will pick up furniture and equipment being turned in as
surplus:
- Furniture tagged as "surplus"
- Equipment tagged as "surplus"
This service is provided FREE of charge.
